• Please ensure the subfloor is completely level. An uneven subfloor will cause the click system to fail and cause the flooring to warp and separate.
• For best results we recommend using a self levelling compound to ensure the floor is completely even.
• Underlay must be applied with this flooring to absorb impact sounds and to allow for some flexibility when being walked on.
• Place flooring flat on the floor in the room of install 24 hours before to allow it to climatise.

• Use a soft bristle brush to remove any loose dirt, then clean with a damp mop or cloth.
• Wash the floor occasionally using a non-abrasive floor cleaner – please follow cleaning product instructions and adhere to cautions before use.
• Do not use any detergents, abrasive cleaners as these may leave a dull film on your flooring.
• We do not recommend using any high temperature cleaning equipment such as steam mops as this can damage the vinyl layer.
• For any stains using pen ink, permanent marker, nail polish, hair dye, apply Isopropyl alcohol on a non abrasive cloth and wipe.
• Do not use ammonia or bleach on this flooring.
• Do not scrub the floor with an abrasive cloth and avoid using excessive water when cleaning.

• We’re confident that you’ll be more than delighted with our product, but in the unlikely event that you’re not satisfied, we will happily accept a return.
• You will have 30 days from the day your product arrives to return it and must be in its original condition.
• All returns are at the buyers own expense.

• We offer 15 years residential warranty and 5 years commercial warranty.
• The warranty is only valid for manufacturing defects and if has been installed indoors.
• We do not cover any installation errors or damages. and any damage caused by water, flooding or moisture.
